Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree implementing the Act on water supply and sewerage systems. In particular, the present Decree establishes the content of a financing plan for rehabilitation of water supply and sewerage systems (replaced art. 13), and provides technical indicators for the plan of water quality control during potable water production (replaced Annex 9) and requirements for quality of raw water used for water treatment plant (replaced Annex 13).
