Decree implementing the Act on water supply and sewerage systems.

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down detailed provisions to implement the Act on water supply and sewerage systems. It is composed of the following Sections: (1) Definitions; (2) Drawing up of the plan on water supply and sewerage systems development; (3) Records on water supply and sewerage systems; (4) Conditions for issuing the permit to use water supply and sewerage systems; (5) Properties of agreements on water supply and agreements on disposal of waste waters; (6) Method for determining compensation for damages caused by non authorized receiving of waters or non authorized disposal of waste waters; (7) Technical requirements for construction of water pipes; (8) Requirements for filtering waste waters; (9) Indicators of quality of crude water received from surface water resources or from underground water resources to be turned into potable water; (10) Properties of sewerage systems and requirements for analysis of samples of waste waters; (11) Identified amounts of received waters without metering; (12) Technical conditions for metering amounts of supplied water; (13) Method for calculating amounts of disposed waste waters and rainwater in sewage system without metering; (14) Technical audit; (15) Final provisions.
