Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles, establishes detailed conditions for the cultivation of genetically modified varieties. The provisions are set out in implementation of Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations. The Decree specifies the information to be submitted as regards the cultivation of genetically modified varieties. The Annex specifies lengths, deadlines and scope of sowing as per individual crops.
