Decree on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on limiting the impact of certain plastic products on the environment.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and six Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community: (a) scope and method of keeping records of selected plastic products placed on the market by the manufacturer and reporting data from these records; (b) the minimum scope and method of educational activities of the manufacturer and its focus on specific target groups of end users; (c) the range of data kept and reported by the manufacturer of fishing equipment on the amount of waste collected from fishing equipment containing plastic; (d) form for submitting an application for the issuance of authorization to operate a collective system; (e) scope and method of keeping records by the operator of the collective system; (f) content of the annual report on selected plastic products of the operator of the collective system; (g) the minimum scope of verification of data on the amount of selected plastic products placed on the market and reported by manufacturers by operators of the collective system.
