Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down, in accordance with the directly applicable regulations of the European Union, obligations of recipients of food concerning the scope of information about the origin of food of vegetable origin and supplements. The Decree applies to fresh fruits (peaches, nectarines, pears, apples, plums, prunes, oranges, bananas, grapes), fresh vegetables (onion and garlic, carrots and celeriac, tomatoes, peppers and cucumber salad, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli), certain vine products, poppy and supplements.
