Decree on information obligations of recipients of food at destination.

Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down, in accordance with the directly applicable regulations of the European Union, obligations of recipients of food concerning the scope of requested information: (a) type of food arriving to the place of destination; (b) quantity of food; (c) Member State of the European Union or a third country, the name and address of the food business operator supplying the food to the place of destination; (d) the name, address and identification number of the destination and recipient of food; (e) date of arrival of the food at the place of destination. The present Decree applies to: (a) fresh fruits: peaches including nectarines, pears, apples, plums, oranges, bananas, table grapes, (b) fresh vegetables: onion and garlic, carrot and celery bulbous, tomatoes, peppers and salad cucumber, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli; (c) early potatoes and late potatoes; (d) poppy seed; (e) dietary supplements; (f) food of animal origin.
