Decree laying down the types and conditions of the use of additives and extraction solvents for food production.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 14 articles and ten Annexes, lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, amounts and types of additives, conditions of their use for food production down, foodstuffs and groups of foodstuffs in which these substances exist, and establishes conditions and requirements for the use of extraction solvents for food production. Food additives permitted for food production, foodstuffs and groups of foodstuffs in which additives may exist, and other conditions of the use of additives are provides in Annexes 1 to 9 to this Decree. The additives may be used up to the maximum allowable amount. Additives specified in Annex 1 may not be used to produce foodstuffs specified in art. 1 point 3.
