Decree on management plans, identification and registration of areas protected according to the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment is composed of the following Sections: Contents of the plan of management of individual categories of specially protected areas and the procedure of their preparation (Sec. 1); Contents and terms of the announcement of specially protected areas, protected zones of specially protected areas or zones of nature protection (Sec. 2); Details on central list of nature protection (Sec. 3); Method of identification of specially protected areas, areas of birds, areas protected by agreements, and memorable trees (Sec. 4).
