Decree on the protection plan and labelling of protected areas.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 14 articles and six Annexes, establish: (1) content of management plans for individual categories of protected areas (art. 1 to 3); (2) requirements for proposals to establish specially protected aresa, buffer zone of specially protected aresa or areas of nature conservation (art. 4); details on the central list containing documentation on specially protected areas and their buffer zones, areas of bird, sites of the European importance, memorable tress and areas protected by agreements (art. 5); means f identification of specially protected areas and their buffer zones, areas of bird, sites of the European importance, memorable tress and areas protected by agreements (art. 10 to 11).
