Decree on the method of assessment and evaluation of pollution levels pollution, the scope of information on pollution levels and during smog.

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of six articles and six Annexes, implements the relevant European Union regulations and lays down: (a) the way and terms of assessment and evaluation of pollution levels (art. 2 and 3); (b) the scope of public information on pollution levels (art. 4); (c) the scope of information given to the public during smog (art. 5). Measurements of pollution shall be carried out in accordance with objectives of assessing the quality of data specified in Annex 1.
