Decree on products and other means of plant protection.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 11 articles and three Annexes, lays down, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, provisions concerning placing of plant protection products on the market. The present Decree regulates: conditions of repackaging plant protection products (Art. 2), areas of testing and documentation requirements to establish eligibility for experiments and tests (Art. 4), criteria for location of waste plant protection products (Art. 5), principles of good distribution practice (Art. 6), details on records of the distribution of plant protection products (Art. 7), requirements for registration of plant protection products (Art. 8), labeling of other means of plant protection (Art. 9).
