Decree on products and other means of plant protection.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 26 articles, lays down, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, provisions concerning products and other means of plant protection. Conditions of the use of plant protection product include: (a) correct use of the product (as labeled); (b) prevention of water contamination and damage of other components of the environment, including animal health; (c) compliance with the principles of integrated plant protection if it is possible. The active substance in the form of a product must be classified, packaged and labeled in accordance with the requirements of legislation specified in art. 2.
