Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 21 articles and 11 Annexes, lays down, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, details of the recognition of propagating material of hop, vine, fruit genera and species and ornamental species and its marketing. The present Decree regulates categories of propagating material, labeling of propagating material, conditions for properties of land, soil and substrate, procedures for the evaluation of propagating material, method of keeping records.
