Regulation amending the Regulation establishing conditions for granting subsidies for forestry-environmental measures.

This Regulation of the Government lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation establishing conditions for granting subsidies for forestry-environmental measures. In particular, the present Regulation amends provisions concerning conditions of improving species compositions of forests (specified in Art. 2 of the amended Regulation), application for a grant to improve the degree of species composition (Art. 4) and amends the list of soil improving and stabilizing tree species established for the purposes of this regulation (Annex 1).
