Regulation establishing conditions for granting subsidies for forestry-environmental measures.

This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of 12 articles and four Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, conditions of providing subsidies to improve the species of forest composition in the form of partial compensation for the harm resulting from the reduction of the economic use of forests. Art. 2 specifies conditions of inclusion into the title of the improvement of species composition. Art. 5 specifies conditions of providing subsidies to improve the species of forest composition.
