Abstract
The present Ordinance enacts, inter alia, the Agrarian and Fishery Fund Information Act of 26 November 2008 (BGBl. I p.2330) and the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 498/2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund of 26 March 2007. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the disclosure of information concerning payments from the European Agriculture and Fisheries Fund. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Content and structure of website (2); Correction, blocking and deletion of information (3); Inspection (4); Data security (5); Entry into force, repeal (6).
