Abstract
An Act to regulate the breeding of animals. At the outset, the Act contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as "breeding animal", "breeding value", "breeding organization", "breeding register", etc. The Act consists of 24 articles divided into 8 Parts: General requirements for animal reproduction (II); Breeding organizations (III); Insemination (IV); Transfer of embryos (V); Importation and exportation (VI); Implementation of the Act and penalties (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
