Abstract
The present Ordinance of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern implements, inter alia, the Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a system for the identification and registration of bovine animals and regarding the labelling of beef and beef products of 11 August 2000. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the authorities responsible for the correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Regulation. The text consists of 4 articles.
