Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences in the implementation of federal nuclear and radiation protection provisions. In particular, article 1 specifies that the enactment of the Atomic Energy Act (BGBl. I p.1565) and the Radiation Protection Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1714) are incumbent upon various authorities as set out in the Ordinance. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Competences under the Atomic Act (1); Competences under the Radiation Protection Ordinance (2); Competences under the X-Ray Ordinance (3); Entry into force, expiry (4).
