Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the bringing into circulation of ferzilizers and similar substances. The text consists of 12 articles as follows: Definitions (art. 1); Approval of different kinds of ferzilizers (art. 2); Requirements for other products marketed as fertilizers (art. 3); Labelling of fertilizers (art. 4); Labelling of other products marketed as fertilizers (art. 5);Type of labelling (art. 6); Tolerances (art. 7), Packaging (art. 8); Penalties (art. 9); Transitional provisions (art. 10). Four Annexes are enclosed.
