Abstract
Article 1 of the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance on the variety register relating to the Seed Marketing Act in its consolidated version of 27 October 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2696). In particular, the Ordinance adds a new item to the Annex.
Article 2 of the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Seeds Ordinance in its consolidated version of 8 February2006 (BGBl. I p. 244). In particular, the Ordinance adds some new items to Annex 3 and 4.
Article 2af the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fertzilizers Ordinance in its consolidated version of 26 November 2003 (BGBl. I p. 2494). In particular, the Ordinance replaces some expressions.
