Abstract
The present Guidelines implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006 of 27 July 2006 on the European Fisheries Fund. and the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 498/2007 of 26 March 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of the aforementioned Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006, and considers the European Fisheries Fund 2007-2013 of the Federal Republic of Germany. The funds shall apply to the following: aquaculture, inland fisheries, measures of common interest, protection of water fauna and flora, new markets, publicity, pilot projects and sustainable development of fishery areas.
