Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the distribution of competences among the various bodies dealing with hazardous substances and genetic engineering. The Annex lists in details authorities responsible for specific administrative services, such as, for example, the control of loading, transporting and delivering hazardous substances. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
