Abstract
The present Ordinance implements Council Directive 2001/113/EC relating to fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and sweetened chestnut pur e intended for human consumption of 20 December 2001. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Ingredients (2); Labelling (3); Ban on marketing (4); Penalties (5); Transitional provisions (6); Entry into force, repeal (7). Three Annexes are enclosed.
