Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of a Foundation to be named as "Environment, Nature Protection Foundation Mecklenburg-Vorpommern". The area over which it has its jurisdiction is the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and its headquarters is in Schwerin. Its specific tasks are laid down in articles 60-62 of the Nature Protection Law.
