Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive No. 98/8 EC of 16 February 1998 on the circulation of biocide products. The text consists of 6 articles dealing with the following aspects: sphere of application, purpose, general provisions for the presentation of documents, presentation of methods of analysis, biocide products not suitable for authorization, sampling.
Article 2 of the above-mentioned introduces substantial amendment to the Hazardous Substances Ordinance of 15 November 1999 (BGBl. I p. 2233). The text consists of 4 articles.
