Abstract
The present Ordinance is made, inter alia, under the Domestic Market – Animal Disease Protection Ordinance of 28 December 1992. Moreover, the Ordinance enforces the Meat Hygiene Act of 8 July 1993, Poultry Meat Hygiene Act of 15 July 1982 and the Foodstuff and Articles of Daily Use Act of 9 July 1991. In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is to regulate competences of authorities in Baden-Württemberg in view of the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Acts. The text consists of 2 articles.
