Abstract
The Regulation provides for implementation of different regulations of EU regarding requirements for propagating material and plants of ornamentals, vegetable planting material and vegetable propagation material with the exception of seeds, monitoring and checking of utilities and facilities, placing of propagating material on the market of ornamental plants, requirements for labelling, sealing and packaging of propagating material and plants, fruit species and production, registration of suppliers and varieties and the requirements for official investigation. The Regulation consists of 23 Articles and 4 Sections as: General Rules (1); Placing on the market covering issues of rules, requirements for recognised cultivation material for fruit species, labelling, sealing, packaging and control (2), Import and export (3); Final provision (4). The Regulation has two attachments on Plant species within the scope of this Regulation (1) and Special requirements for stocks of cultivation material of ornamental plants (2).
