Abstract
The purpose of the present Law is to ensure the perception of the responsibilities on behalf of the Land Brandenburg in the field of immission protection and to create the basis for the implementation of the following Laws: the Federal Immission Protection Act, Petrol Lead Act, Aircraft Noise Protection Act, Radiation Protection Act, Chemicals Act and Genetic Technology Act. The text consists of 27 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Protection of air, use of heat (II); Noise pollution (III); Common provisions (IV); Final provisions (V).
