Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to transpose the Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) of 24 November 2010. In particular, the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waste Water Ordinance of 21 March 1997, in its version of 17 June 2004. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 2 concerning definition of terms. Moreover, Annex 2 concerning documents is added.
The present Ordinance introduces also amendments to the Annex of the Waste Water Charges Act of 13 September 1976, in its version of 18 January 2005. The text consists of 4 articles.
