Abstract
The Amendments of the Environment Aims Act made by this Act concern competences of the Ministry of the Environment as water district authority and municipal planning in relation with the conservation of water resources. A new Schedule specifying the contents of water plans is inserted. The Water Supply Act is amended with respect to regulation-making powers of the Ministry of the Environment, the right of appeal against decisions of the Ministry and local authorities and powers of municipal authorities in relation with the authorization of water abstraction, water conservation measures and fees.
