Abstract
The Act partly amends and adjusts rules on the agricultural use of fertilizers and plant cover, which administrative provisions are regulated by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark. Commercial entities must establish plant cover, and other cultivation-related actions which include type of crops – and the proportion of the company's land equivalent size (however a maximum of 300 000 hectares annually) and period of cultivation which shall take place.
