Abstract
This Executive Order, of the Minister for Environment and Food, establishes rules for handling appeals to the Environmental and Food Appeals Board regarding decisions made by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration and the Government of Greenland in food and veterinary matters in Greenland under the authority of the Minister for Environment and Food. It specifies that complaints must be submitted within four weeks, either via the Food Administration or the Government of Greenland, depending on which authority issued the decision. The Appeals Board’s decisions are final and cannot be appealed to another administrative body.
