Abstract
This Executive Order, of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark, sets out rules for payment of official controls in Greenland concerning food businesses, feed businesses, and producers of animal by-products. It establishes fixed fees and annual charges for inspections, approvals, registrations, and authorizations, with different rates depending on the type of activity (food production, feed, or animal by-products), the size of the business, and whether exports are involved. It also introduces reporting duties, quantity-based levies on exported feed, and conditions for fee reductions. Additional provisions regulate costs for extra controls when legal requirements are not met, voluntary inspections requested by businesses, and general payment rules.
