Order No. 1049 on certain requirements for packaging.

The Order applies to the requirements for packaging production, its composition and the opportunity for recycling and recovery of packaging containing heavy metal, to the documentation and testing thereof, labelling and identification, transportation. It applies to plastic, glass, paper and metal-based package.
The Order consists of 5 Appendices:
Appendix 1 - Additional criteria for classification of products such as packaging, article 3, No. 2.
Appendix 2 - Essential requirements for packaging composition and potentiality for recycle and recovery pursuant to article 4.
Appendix 3 - Requirements for information about contents of package materials, fabrics and components, article 13, section 1.
Appendix 4 - Package marking.
Appendix 5 - National targets for recycling and recovery of packaging waste.
