Abstract
This Order partly amends Order No. 1100 - particularly the introduction of the document (in adherence to note No. 159 to article 24.23.03 of the Budget for fiscal year 2014), the subsidies granted as de minimis aid under Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of de minimis aid for agricultural production. For the definition of distressed business (bankruptcy) based on at least half of registered capital and more than one quarter loss over the past 12 months resulting in the registration of a limited liability company. The grants are calculated on the basis of the support rates in adherence to article 9, if this grant is calculated within the framework of the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013. In other cases, the grant is calculated on the basis of these rates after the reduction by the same percentage determined on the grant calculated representing the full amount.
