Abstract
The Order applies to the additives used in food and foodstuff and sets regulations on the authorized solvents, colouring, additives etc. in order to protect human, animal and plant health. Microbial cultures shown in the national Food Authority's List of notified microbial cultures may be used in the listed food groups. This list is found at www.foedevarestyrelsen.dk.
Appendix 1 - Extraction solvents used in the treatment of raw materials, food and food ingredients.
Appendix 2 - Information to be submitted for the approval of a food enzyme.
Appendix 3 - Safety and review of microbial cultures.
Appendix 4 - Food not included by the rules on the transfer of food additives.
