Abstract
This Order addresses the requirements for registration in CHR - Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Central Livestock Register - for livestock such as herds of cattle (Genus Bos, Bison and Bubalus), swine, sheep, goats, poultry, deer, fox, polecat, finn-racoon, chinchilla or mink, and aquatic species. The CHR registration ensures geographic and ownership provenance and identification of animals' data as well as reference of animal production, health, and trade purposes. Assembly centers, slaughterhouses, processing plants, refrigeration and freezer installations, raptors feeding places, animal hospitals, quarantine stations, experimental farms, storage centers, livestock services, hatcheries and fish egg packers are exempt from reporting these activities. Non-compliance may implement imprisonment for up to two years; penalties subject to punishment shall apply to those harming human or animal health; to individual financial advance.
