Abstract
The articles and the Annexes to Directive 64/432/EC are hereby replaced by the text annexed to this Directive. This Directive shall apply to intra-Community trade in bovine animals and swine with the exception of feral pigs. Each Member State shall ensure that only animals that fulfil the relevant conditions laid down in this Directive are sent from its territory to that of another Member State. Bovine animals and swine covered by this Directive must be accompanied during transportation to destination by a health certificate conforming to the model set out in Annex F. Member States shall ensure that the suspected presence of any of the diseases referred to in Annex E (I) is compulsorily and immediately noticeable to the competent authority.
