Abstract
This Order lays down rules on the production and composition, as well as on the labelling of diary products. It contains 29 articles divided into the following chapters: 1) Scope of application; 2) General provisions; 3) Chesse; 4) Cheese products; 5) Butter; 6) Preserved milk; 7) Certain milk proteins (casein and caseinates); 8) Non-acidified consumer milk products; 9) Acidified consumer milk products; 10) Export certificates; 11) Penalties; 12) Entry into force and repeals.
The appendixes include: Appendix 1 - Preserved milk; Appendix 2 - Casein and caseinates; Appendix 3 - Fermented milk and sour cream; Appendix 4 - Classification of cheese; Appendix 5 - Processed cheese; Appendix 6 - Characteristic of "first quality butter".
