Abstract
This Order establishes regulations regarding the manufacture and composition, as well as certain supplementing rules on the labelling of diary products. The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration shall issue health certificates approving the export of milk and milk products.
This Order consists of 12 Chapters and 6 Appendices: Scope (1); General provisions (2); Cheese (3); Cheese products (4); Butter (5); Preserved milk (6); Certain milk proteins (caseins and caseinates) (7); Non-acidified milk products (8); Fermented milk products (9); Export certificates (10); Penal provisions (11); Entry into force and repealing provisions (12).
Appendix 1 - Preserved milk. Appendix 2 - Casein and caseinates. Appendix 3 - Fermented milk and sour cream. Appendix 4 - Classification of cheese. Appendix 5 - Processed cheese. Appendix 6 - Characteristic of "first quality butter".
