Abstract
The Order sets regulations on waste registration of companies and waste installations with regard to the authorization to collect payment of fees to cover administration and monitoring costs, and registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The EPA shall establish waste fractions on the basis of registered recycling facilities, recycling waste installations and municipal treatment plants. Companies must pay a one-time fee of 2 507 DKK for processing applications for approval as waste collector; a yearly fees of 1 190 DKK shall apply for year 2013.

Entry into force notes
Entry into force on 1 January 2013. Articles 15 (section 1, No. 2) art. 15 (sections 2-4) with regard to information provided when applying for authorization, and art. 21 (section 2) with regard to electronic notification of changes via virk.dk registered within 14 days, shall enter into force on 1 January 2014.
