Abstract
This Order sets regulations regarding consumer supply of natural gas. The document also applies to the contractual relationship in force between a consumer and a distribution company. A consumer has the right to appeal for good standard of natural gas suppliers or distribution companies. The processing of a complaint and the response thereafter shall be handled by the National Board of Energy for full acceptance.
