Abstract
The Order sets regulations with regard to the description of origin or/and protected geographical provenience of specific agricultural products and food. Applications for registering such information shall be submitted to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration in order to approve and certify these commodities’ quality is in compliance with EU regulations. Specific penalties are indicated in the Order for non-compliance and are applied in adherence to Regulation (EU) No. 1151/2012, Regulation (EC) No. 110/2008 and Commission regulation (EC) No 607/2009.
