Abstract
This Order establishes regulations with regard to the utilization of residues and soil for building and construction, as well as the use of sorted and uncontaminated construction waste. The goal of this document aims to the reduction of waste volue destined to be landfilled or incinerated, and to reduce raw material consumption.
The Order consists of 10 Chapters and 7 Appendices: Scope of the Order (1); Use of residues and soil (2); Product and control requirements for residues and soil (3); Disposal of residues and soil (4); Use of sorted, uncontaminated construction waste (5); Review and temporary storage of residues and soil (6); Supervision and enforcement (7); Appeals (8); Penalty (9); Entry into force and transitional provisions (10).
