Order No. 1468 on protective measures in outbreaks of low pathogenic avian influenza of type H5/H7 in poulty and other captive birds.

This Order sets regulations concerning avian influenza affecting birds and the control thereof. On suspicion of this virus, provisions in articles 3-14 nof Order on control of highly pathogenic avian influenza apply. Contaminated material and machinery shall undergo hygienization and disinfected. A restricted zone with a radius of at least 1 km around the farm where low pathogenic avian influenza has been detected shall be created.
