Abstract
This Order applies to the control of swine vesicular disease (SVD) and the obligation of notifying a professional veterinary in suspicious cases or confirmed. An epidemiological investigation shall be initiated pursuant to this Order and regulated by the Danish Veterinarian and Food Agency. Once determined SVD on a farm, the Agency shall create a protection zone and a surveillance zone around the farm.
The Order consists of 7 Chapters: Scope and definitions (1); Review (2); Suspect cases (3); Fight (4); Creating zone (5); Vaccination (6); Penalties and entry into force (7).
