Abstract
This Order sets regulations on the allowed CO2 emissions (greenhouse gas) from aircraft biofuels. Decisions and other documents pertaining recorded CO2 quotas, shall be digitally submitted to the operator or aircraft operator from the Danish Energy Agency's electronic data online system.
The Order consists of 7 Chapters: Scope, compulsory subjects, definitions (1); Authorization of greenhouse gases, prohibition, etc. (2); Allocation of free allowances and free aviation allowances (3); Monitoring, verification and reporting (4); Surrender of allowances and aviation allowances (5); Appeals and penalty provisions (6); Digital communication (7).
