Abstract
This Order ensures management, classification, planning and regulations on waste - including use of waste systems, review of waste acceptance and registration of waste treatment plants, collection of waste and benchmarking. It applies to the promotion of recycling and cleaner technology to reduce problems associated with waste management methods.

Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force on 25 March 2011. Article 76 section 5, No. 2, and article 79 section 2, shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.
