Abstract
Through this Order, agricultural products produced in this country must bear indications referring to organic production method in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products. Regulations are set for the use of animal-provenience fertilizers with the purpose of controlling CO2 pollution, feedstuff for animals bred for organic meat consumption, veterinarian controls for animal health, and regulations on farms and stables allocation.

Entry into force on 18 April 2004 with exception of article 16 sections 3-5, article 17, 20 sections 4-5 which will enter into force on 1 August 2004.

Repealing Order No. 697 of 16 July 2000.Until 1 august 2004, the Agricultural Holdings having an annual VAT registration turnover of at least DKK 20 000 must be notified, submit fertilizer and prepare fields and fertilizer plan in accordance with article 2 and 22 of Act on agriculture fertilizer use and plant cover.Until 1 august 2004, the organic unity and the non-organic entity, see article 20 section 1-3, should be notified with its (business registration) CVR or SE numbers.
